We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join an expanding Commercial Property team in Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic team, providing essential expertise and support to a growing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organising team activities by managing diaries and liaising with clients
* Contributing to business development activities and collaborating with the marketing department
* Supporting the team with file opening and closing processes, including issuing engagement papers and general administration
* Drafting documents and correspondence
* Managing official copies and property searches, completing Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, and submitting Land Registry applications
* Handling billing and payment processes, preparing invoices, completion statements, and financial statements

Required Experience:
* Experience in commercial property secretarial roles, gained as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal
* Ideally, over 3 years of legal sector experience
