The Opportunity
We're excited to partner with a respected legal services provider with a growing client base and a strong culture that values its people. They are currently seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team at their Leeds office.
Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will:

• 
  Manage cases from start to finish, including taking initial client instructions, progressing matters, and handling post-completion archiving, all under supervision and in line with firm procedures.
• 
  Communicate with clients and third parties on behalf of fee earners, ensuring timely and professional responses to enquiries.
• 
  Provide administrative support to solicitors, partners, and fee earners as needed.
• 
  Prepare, gather, and organise documentation for legal files.
• 
  Assist with client billing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• 
  Coordinate with the Accounts team on cheque processing, disbursements, and related financial tasks.
• 
  Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document collation.
• 
  Stay current with legal developments and contribute to continuous professional growth.
• 
  Support a safe and healthy working environment.
• 
  Help review and improve office systems and procedures.
• 
  Undertake any additional duties reasonably required by the firm.
