Paralegal - Commercial Team

This is a rare opportunity to join a hugely successful private practice who are renowned within the commercial lending space.

Why is it rare? This firm are really great to work with, they offer a relaxed, friendly and collegiate environment and really look after their teams well, so much so they have a very low turnover rate.

This opportunity has arisen due to them securing new business and as a result they do not wish to overburden their existing team members, unusual I know!!!

This team is busy but it's not overwhelming and there is a steady flow of business which is manageable.

Ideally I am looking for someone with experience of undertaking searches using ScotLis and who is competent in checking the register, running the search reports and dealing with standard securities.

Exceptional organisation skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to process information timeously using case management systems are all key attributes for this role.

Once settled into the role you shall be given further training and be able to move onto setting up payments.

In addition to working in a small and friendly team, you will receive a generous salary, health insurance (after successful probationary period), workplace pension, 25days annual plus bank holidays and the option to work from home 2 days per week (following an initial settling in period).
