Paralegal Court of Protection

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our clients Court of Protection team in London. This is a full-time role and would be an ideal position for a motivated individual with a strong passion for Private Client work.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge and/or experience in this area and have strong research skills. You should be confident, proactive and have excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Wills;
• Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs;
• File opening administration;
• Estate Administration including visiting properties;
• Trust Administration;
• Dealing with initial enquiries;
• File Closures.

You will be a Paralegal with at least 12 months Private Client legal experience, along with a confident and motivated attitude. in return as As part of the Private Client team you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of solicitors and paralegals, and you will have access to the latest technology and resources.
