Description

• Provide day to day legal support to the Spanish entity and support company lawyers and employees in other company entities as required
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, licenses and other appropriate legal documents in English & Spanish
• Provides advice and support on Spanish public procurement regulations
• Conducts research on projects as directed by corporate lawyers
• Research, review and ensure the company's compliance with regulations
• Assists internally in analyzing documents
• Compiles data from trusted legal resources

Profile

• A legal qualification in either England or Spain.
• 2+years experience Commercial contracts or corporate legal experience
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with local and international legal frameworks.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
