The Opportunity
CRA Consulting is proud to be working in partnership with a prestigious Top 100 UK law firm, known for its innovative approach and supportive culture. We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity within their Serious Injury department. This role offers the chance to provide vital support to senior file handlers dealing with complex, high-value personal injury and medical negligence claims.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide day-to-day support to senior fee earners handling serious injury claims
• 
  Draft standard correspondence using the firm's case management system (ProClaim)
• 
  Act as a first point of contact for clients and colleagues, managing incoming calls and detailed message taking
• 
  Deal with client telephone enquiries where appropriate and escalate as required
• 
  Ensure case records are accurate and kept up to date in ProClaim
• 
  Work closely with your line manager to achieve monthly KPIs
• 
  Organise appointments and manage diaries for fee earners
• 
  Liaise with the Finance Department regarding disbursements, outstanding payments, and related tasks
• 
  Assist with general administrative duties including document preparation, sorting post, and managing task lists
• 
  Provide support across the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• 
  Consistently meet performance targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• 
  Undertake any additional duties as required by the business

What You'll Bring

• 
  Previous experience within a personal injury legal environment is essential
• 
  Experience with multi-track or medical negligence claims is highly desirable; fast-track experience will also be considered
• 
  Strong communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills
• 
  A proactive, team-oriented mindset
