An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in plot sales to join a dynamic and fast-paced Real Estate & Projects team based in London.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build on their existing property experience within a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll be working with a wide range of clients across the real estate sector, from social housing providers to private developers, managing a high volume of transactions across shared ownership and outright sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of plot sales, including shared ownership and outright disposals
• Handle all post-completion work including dealing with requisitions
• Assist with staircasing, assignments, lease extensions, and residential acquisitions/disposals
• Maintain accurate electronic files and update online document rooms
• Provide regular progress updates and invoices to clients
• Carry out legal research as required
• Work collaboratively with the wider team and support fee earners when needed

About You:

• At least 6 months’ paralegal experience handling plot sales
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to work with limited supervision and maintain high standards of accuracy
