Paralegal - Probate

Our client in Leeds is now looking to recruit a Probate Paralegal to join the team.

THE ROLE:
Working closely with the Firms' Senior Partners to deliver a range of work including:
Wills.
Probate Administration.
Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Court of Protection Work.
Dealing with own caseload of clients.

You will also be someone that will be as comfortable promoting your department and the firm as you are in delivering Fee Earning Work.
The firm runs a full range of case management systems, and you will be comfortable in the full use of a range of modern technology.

THE CANDIDATE:
You should have experience in probate law, with the ability to independently manage a diverse caseload of probate matters. A strong working knowledge of the entire probate process, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
