The firm is currently seeking a Paralegal to join its real estate team, providing hands-on transactional support across a variety of property matters including residential, commercial, agricultural, and property finance. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of property transactions, including purchases, sales, title transfers, leases, and securities, as well as related services such as LBTT returns and registrations with Registers of Scotland and Companies House.

The ideal candidate will have a paralegal or legal qualification and a solid understanding of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Experience with drafting documents, preparing registration forms, managing search reports, and preparing client-ready documentation will be key to success. A proactive, client-focused approach and the confidence to deliver a high standard of service are highly valued.
