Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Contract: Permanent, full time, hybrid

As we continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious Paralegal with experience in personal injury, RTA, or litigation, who is keen to take the next step into complex serious injury work.
The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Paralegal to develop their career in high-value, multi-track injury claims. You will work closely with senior solicitors on life-changing cases involving brain injuries, spinal damage, amputations, and complex orthopaedic trauma. We offer full training, close supervision, and a structured development plan.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support senior fee earners in managing serious injury cases from instruction to resolution
• 
  Draft legal documents, correspondence, witness statements, and instructions to experts and counsel
• 
  Communicate with clients, medical professionals, insurers, counsel, and rehabilitation providers
• 
  Review medical evidence and records
• 
  Maintain accurate case records via our case management system
• 
  Assist with rehabilitation coordination and interim payment applications
• 
  Attend client meetings, conferences, and court hearings as needed
• 
  Conduct legal research and assist in all phases of litigation

What We're Looking For
Essential:

• 
  Minimum 6 months' experience in personal injury, RTA, or litigation
• 
  Solid understanding of the personal injury claims process and Civil Procedure Rules
• 
  Strong communication, drafting, and organisational skills
• 
  Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
• 
  Able to work independently and as part of a team
• 
  Confident using case management systems and legal software

Desirable:

• 
  Experience supporting complex or multi-track PI cases
• 
  Law degree and/or completion of LPC/SQE (or currently studying)
• 
  Genuine interest in serious injury law and long-term career development
• 
  Compassion and professionalism when dealing with vulnerable clients
