Paralegal Supervisor

The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm, it is now seeking to appoint a Paralegal Supervisor who will be accountable for managing a caseload of complex Employer Liability/Public Liability/Product Liability and Property damage claims, as well as assisting the team leader in management of junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including handling a caseload of complex cases involving EL/PL claims for Corporate clients. You will be handling a range of interesting cases as well as supporting the team and holding 1-2-1s with team members.

The Candidate
• Senior Paralegal / Claims Handler with significant experience of handling complex EL/PL claims
• Experience of reviewing and allocating new claims
• Experience of managing team members
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
