Description

Lead and support a team of paralegals managing a caseload of RTA, EL, and PL claims.

• Oversee team performance and ensure files are managed efficiently, in line with client service protocols and firm procedures.
• Provide technical supervision and guidance on complex cases, including the review of liability, quantum, and causation.
• Monitor case progress and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Ensure quality and compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Support team development through training and by identifying individual learning needs.
• Work with senior management to meet departmental targets and KPIs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and client-focused team culture.

Profile

• Previous experience as a Paralegal handling RTA, EL, and PL claims (essential)
• Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor others in a legal team environment.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation processes and court procedures.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage own caseload alongside team responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, motivate and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• IT literate and confident using case management systems.
• Passionate about developing others and driving performance.
