The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the Private Client team, managing your own files with supervision and assisting fee earners on a wide range of matters including:

• Estate administration and probate
• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Setting up and managing trusts
• Tax planning assistance
• Legal research and preparing bundles
• Liaising with clients, HMRC and third parties
• File management and accurate document production
• Maintaining compliance with legal and firm-wide procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience in Private Client work is preferred, CILEX or working towards or completing SQE qualifications.
• A background in handling or assisting with Wills, LPAs, Trusts or Estate Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage your own caseload or keen to step into a fee earning role
• Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in Private Client
