Job Description - Paralegals - Real Estate

Role Overview: An opportunity has arisen for two Real Estate Paralegals to join a highly respected, full-service international law firm with offices across the North of England. These roles sit within the firm’s specialist Real Estate – Utilities team, supporting major infrastructure and land projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-value property work in a collaborative and well-structured legal environment.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

6+ months’ experience in real estate law (in private practice or in-house)
Experience supporting or managing commercial property matters
Strong understanding of land law and property documentation
Familiarity with easements, wayleaves, or land access rights (desirable)
Excellent drafting and legal research skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines and a varied caseload
Strong communication and client liaison skills

What’s on Offer:

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (junior) / £30,000 – £35,000 (senior)
