We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Paraplanner with a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) to join our professional and supportive team. • Provide high-quality technical support to Financial Planners and Advisors.

• Research and analyse suitable financial products and solutions for client needs.

• Draft bespoke suitability reports and financial planning documentation.

• Liaise with providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of advice.

• Stay up to date with financial regulations, compliance requirements, and product developments.

• Support the preparation of client reviews, cashflow models, and annual planning updates.

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent) - essential.

• At least 2 years' experience in a paraplanning or technical support role.

• Strong understanding of pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently to deadlines.

• Competent with financial planning software and CRM systems (e.g., Voyant, Xplan, or similar).
