The Opportunity:

As a key member of the paraplanning team, you will support a group of high-performing Financial Planners by delivering robust research, insightful analysis, and high-quality suitability reports. Your work will be instrumental in maintaining the firm’s exceptional service standards and delivering tailored solutions for complex client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research and analysis on a wide range of financial products.
• Draft clear, concise, and compliant suitability reports and recommendations.
• Provide technical support to advisers on complex planning cases.
• Ensure all advice adheres to current regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Collaborate closely with advisers and administrators to ensure a seamless client experience.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
• Level 4 Diploma qualified.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.
• A proactive, organised individual who thrives in a team-oriented, professional setting.
