We are seeking a dedicated Financial Paraplanner who thrives in a supportive team environment and is committed to providing exceptional financial advice and solutions to our clients.

• Handle client queries efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare detailed recommendations and suitability reports.
• Liaise effectively with providers, clients, advisers, and the administration team.
• Maintain accuracy in internal systems and databases.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and market changes.
• Play a major role in assembling advice and solutions for clients.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships.
• Build, review, and maintain financial plans using Voyant software.
• Conduct thorough product analysis and fund research.

• Previous paraplanning experience within financial services.
• Level 4 Diploma qualified or currently working towards it.
• Proven background in creating effective financial solutions for clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to achieve agreed outcomes independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and courteous manner.
