Job Opportunity: Paraplanner

Salary: £37,500 - £47,500

Location: West Sussex

We are partnering with a well-established financial planning firm that provides comprehensive, integrated financial solutions for both personal and corporate clients. With a strong reputation for supporting clients through life’s ups and downs, they pride themselves on delivering outstanding, tailored advice.

They are now seeking a motivated and experienced Paraplanner to join their dynamic, collaborative team. In this role, you'll work closely with Advisors and the Support teams, using industry-leading systems to write detailed reports on a range of cases, conduct market and product research, maintain client files, and support the advisors and investment committee with all technical aspects while ensuring compliance every step of the way.

About You:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (desirable)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial planning and paraplanning
• Strong knowledge of financial services systems
• Exceptional organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to use your initiative to get things done
