Job Title: Paraplanner
Location: Oxford (Hybrid working)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven Paraplanner to join a forward-thinking, independent financial planning firm based in Oxfordshire.

We’re working with a firm that truly values the technical expertise behind great advice. This role offers the chance to be more than just a report writer — you’ll be involved in shaping client strategy, attending meetings, and collaborating closely with experienced planners to build financial plans that matter.

The Required Skills:

• 2 years’ experience in a paraplanning position within a financial planning firm
• Level 4 Diploma qualified in Regulated Financial Planning
• Comfortable with technical research and crafting bespoke planning reports
• Exposure to key areas such as pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
• Experience with cashflow modelling (experience with Voyant is ideal but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and a desire to contribute to positive client outcomes
