Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for your next challenge in a supportive, forward-thinking environment? GTS Banking and Finance is working exclusively with a highly regarded financial planning firm in Burton Upon Trent to find a dedicated Paraplanner to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality support to financial advisers and their clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendations
• Conducting research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection
• Supporting advisers with technical queries and strategy planning
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
• Liaising with providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth advice process

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards)
• Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or wealth management environment
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail

• Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on experience
