A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-supported, forward-thinking wealth management firm with a national presence and strong growth trajectory.

Working closely with a team of Financial Planners, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support and helping ensure exceptional outcomes for clients. The Role:

• Provide high-quality paraplanning support including report writing, research, and technical analysis
• Work alongside Financial Planners to deliver compliant, client-centric financial advice
• Help identify planning opportunities and ensure suitability across recommendations
• Option to progress into a client-facing role or specialise further in technical support

Key Details:

• Location: Colchester or Ipswich office
• Hybrid Working: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home
• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience/qualifications)
• Contract: Full-time, permanent

Candidate Profile:

• Ideally DipPFS qualified, although those working towards this with strong suitability report writing experience will be considered
• Experienced in providing paraplanning support within a regulated financial planning environment
• Detail-oriented, technically strong, and passionate about delivering great client outcomes
• Ambitious professionals looking to progress or career Paraplanners happy in a technical role both welcomed
