Fram is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing Financial Planning firm based in Lancashire. As the business continues to thrive, they’re looking to welcome a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner (or close to achieving) to their close-knit team.

This is not your average paraplanning role - here, you’ll be embedded within a "pod system" supporting a group of 4 Financial Advisers. That means deeper client relationships, broader exposure to financial products, and real influence in shaping financial plans. If you enjoy variety, collaboration, and having your voice heard, this could be the perfect next step.
What you’ll be doing:

• Researching financial products, funds, and conducting technical analysis
• Preparing high-quality financial reports, including cash flow forecasts and suitability reports
• Supporting advisers with client communications and technical queries
• Maintaining up-to-date client records, including compliance documentation
• Keeping on top of regulatory changes and industry developments
• Working hand-in-hand with advisers and the admin team to deliver outstanding client service

What we’re looking for:

• A Paraplanner with a few years’ experience in an IFA environment
• Proven ability to write complex, tailored reports
• Solid knowledge across pensions, retirement planning, investments, and tax
• Tech-savvy with confidence in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A strong communicator with top-tier client service skills
• Ideally Level 4 qualified, or very close to completing
