Job Description - Paraplanner

Location: Cheshire East Salary: £45,000 Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial planning and exceptional client service? Our client, a highly regarded multi-office financial planning firm, is looking for a Client Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering first-class financial planning solutions to private clients across the Northwest.

The Role

As a Client Manager, you will be a crucial part of the team, supporting Advisers, the Operations Manager, and the Compliance Team to ensure seamless client interactions and the smooth running of financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Advisers to research and analyse financial strategies, products, and plans.
  • Prepare client suitability reports and cash flow analysis.
  • Ensuring all financial data is compiled and reviewed.
  • Liaise with providers and third parties to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering an outstanding level of service.
  • Organise and oversee client review meetings, maintaining a professional and efficient workflow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Paraplanning or similar role within financial services.
  • Diploma qualified and looking to continue their professional development Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry standards.
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
