Salary: £30,000-£40,000

This is a boutique financial planning firm with a strong foothold in the high-net-worth (HNW) space, reflecting their highly personal, quality-over-quantity service model. The team is small, inclusive, and growing following a strong year of business.

Role Summary:
This is a rare opening for a Paraplanner, either trainee with admin experience or already qualified, to join a close-knit team in a client-facing role. You’ll be mentored directly by a senior adviser, attend client meetings, and be supported through to full qualification (and beyond). There’s a clear development path into advice for those who want it, as proven by others in the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing client reports and recommendations: Gain deep technical knowledge and exposure
• Attending client meetings: Build confidence in real-world scenarios
• Supporting advisers on HNW cases: Learn the nuances of complex planning
• Participating in client events and relationship-building: Be more than back office
• Working closely with a senior adviser: Get direct mentoring and progression

Requirements:

• Some experience in financial planning admin or paraplanning
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• Confidence to engage in client meetings and events
• A genuine interest in progressing within financial advice
• Open to office-based work in a small, collaborative team
