The Opportunity:

You’ll be a vital part of the financial planning team, working closely with financial advisers to deliver expert technical support. From detailed research to crafting bespoke suitability reports, this role offers a blend of technical depth and collaborative client care, supporting both new business and ongoing advice strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft clear and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, IHT, and more
• Conduct research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations
• Work collaboratively with advisers to understand client objectives and ensure advice aligns accordingly
• Liaise with providers and colleagues across the business to gather information and maintain file quality
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards
• Support with the continual improvement of internal processes and systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or IFA environment
• Strong understanding of investment, pension, and protection products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards it)
• Proficiency with financial services software and platforms
• A detail-focused, team-oriented individual with a proactive attitude
