TNS Financial Solutions Ltd are a successful Strategic Partner firm of the Openwork Partnership network, they are looking to strengthen their adviser support team by recruiting an experienced Paraplanner to join their team based in their offices in Boston, Lincolnshire.

About the role:

As an experienced Paraplanner, you’ll be expected to bring your extensive industry experience to the table, assisting senior advisors with the preparation of complex financial plans, conducting detailed research and providing high quality suitability reports and recommendations. Your contribution will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients continue to receive the top-tier advice and service they expect from a leading firm.

We see this role as an excellent long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow and develop their career as a paraplanner. They are keen to support someone who enjoys the technical and research aspects of paraplanning and wants to be an expert in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive suitability reports
• IHT Calculations
• CGT Calculations
• Trust cases
• Conduct detailed product and strategy research, ensuring all recommendations align with clients’ financial gaols
• Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver bespoke financial plans and strategies
• Product provider liaison
• Manage and prioritise a caseload of clients, ensuring high levels of service and attention to detail

The Benefits

• A salary of £40,000 (DOE)
• 4 x Death in Service
• Company pension with 5% employer contribution
• 20 days annual leave, increasing to 25 after 3 years service

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of paraplanning experience within financial services
• Full or Part L4 Diploma qualified
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles, products and regulations
• Experience in complex cases including Trusts, IHT and CGT calculations
• Ability to produce high-quality, accurate reports and suitability letters
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of financial planning software and platforms is desirable.
