Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate reports for financial advisers, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct in-depth research on financial products and solutions to support client recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with advisers to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Maintain and update client records within the company systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Assist with the preparation of client review packs and meeting documentation.
• Support the development of financial planning strategies tailored to individual client goals.
• Monitor industry changes and ensure all documentation remains compliant with current regulations.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the secretarial & business support team.

Profile

A successful Paraplanner should have:

• Experience in financial services with a focus on paraplanning or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A relevant qualification in financial planning or the willingness to work towards one.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team goals.
