Your Role:

As a Paraplanner, you’ll work side by side with experienced Financial Planners to deliver technical expertise, detailed analysis, and high-quality documentation — ensuring clients receive clear, compliant, and tailored advice.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting research and analysis to support robust financial plans
• Preparing suitability letters that translate complex advice into client-friendly language
• Drafting detailed client reports in collaboration with advisers
• Using cashflow modelling and research tools to support recommendations
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of compliance standards and financial products

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous paraplanning experience or a similar technical role in financial services
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Clear and confident communication skills — written and verbal
• Familiarity with financial planning software and provider tools
• A proactive, client-focused mindset
