Are you a qualified paraplanner looking to specialise in a purely technical role, free from administrative distractions? We’re hiring an experienced paraplanner to join our expanding team in Altrincham due to business growth and maternity cover. You'll be part of one of the most respected financial planning teams in the region, working in a collaborative and well-structured environment.

This role offers a chance to deepen your expertise in a firm where technical excellence is rewarded and progression is encouraged.

You’ll join a team of 18 paraplanners and 6 paraplanning assistants, providing technical support to advisers across all areas of wealth planning. With no admin duties, your focus will be on delivering top-tier analysis, cashflow modelling, and suitability reporting.

• Salary: £38,000 - £47,000 (Paraplanner)

• Location: Altrincham

• Work Pattern: Hybrid after probation (minimum 2 office days per week)

• Produce high-quality cashflow models using Fincount

• Conduct investment and fund analysis with FEM Analytics

• Generate accurate, technically sound suitability reports

• Collaborate with advisers and paraplanning colleagues across complex financial scenarios

• Utilise Intelliflo for efficient case management and back-office support

This is a purely technical paraplanning role - no admin or general client servicing required.

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)

• Minimum 2 years’ paraplanning experience

• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and cashflow modelling

• Excellent communication and written report-writing skills
