You’ll join a growing, client-centric financial planning firm where your work will directly support experienced Advisers — and in time, see you step into client-facing advice yourself, should you want to. This firm has a proven track record of developing talented professionals into Wealth Planners, with structured training, mentoring, and the chance to shadow experienced IFAs.

As a core member of the paraplanning team, you’ll be writing suitability reports, creating financial planning recommendations, conducting cashflow modelling, and working closely with Advisers on holistic wealth strategies.

?? What You’ll Be Doing

• Writing clear, compliant suitability reports and financial recommendations
• Preparing technical research on pensions, investments, IHT & tax strategies
• Producing and analysing cashflow forecasts
• Supporting IFAs with insights that guide client advice
• Helping deliver annual client reviews and ongoing planning work
• Staying updated on product, legislative, and regulatory changes

? What You’ll Need

• Previous experience as a Paraplanner or IFA Administrator within a financial planning firm (essential)
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards)
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word especially)
• A proactive, growth-minded attitude - and a genuine interest in future adviser work
