As a Paraplanner, you’ll be at the heart of the advice process — working closely with advisers to craft detailed financial solutions and reports that make a real impact.

?? Key Responsibilities as a Paraplanner:

• Drafting clear, compliant and client-friendly suitability reports
• Supporting advisers with technical research and planning strategies
• Preparing advice across pensions, investments, IHT, VCTs, EIS, and more
• Assisting in meetings (as needed) with cashflow modelling and client interaction
• Working closely with admin to ensure seamless advice implementation
• Contributing ideas to continuously improve processes and client outcomes

? What We’re Looking For:

• You must be Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum)
• Experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning firm
• Strong knowledge of financial products and compliance requirements
• Ability to write clear, tailored advice in line with regulatory standards
• Familiarity with tools such as Voyant and FE Analytics is beneficial
• A collaborative, detail-focused mindset and positive attitude
