Join a highly respected Chartered, boutique wealth planning firm based near Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paraplanner looking to grow their career in a close-knit and forward-thinking environment. You’ll be working directly 1-2-1 with a Chartered Financial Adviser, supporting affluent clients across pensions, investments, tax, retirement and more.

? What you’ll be doing:

• Drafting high-quality suitability reports and conducting product & provider research
• Working directly with one of the firm’s two advisers on a hand-picked portfolio of clients
• Using your growing technical knowledge to support advice across pensions, investments, protection, IHT and retirement
• Helping create accurate, compliant, and engaging client recommendations
• Supporting with cashflow modelling, client review prep and advice implementation

? Who we’re looking for:

• A Paraplanner working towards (or already holding) the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
• Someone with excellent attention to detail and strong technical knowledge
• A proactive and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
• Someone eager to grow into a fully qualified, confident Paraplanner
• Previous experience in a financial planning support role or paraplanning capacity
