Paraplanner - Up to £45,000 • Hybrid Working (Exeter)

Our client—a well-established, Chartered Financial Planning practice—is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to strengthen its Exeter-based team. • Salary: up to £45,000 (DOE)

• Hybrid model: split your week between home and the Exeter office

• Prepare detailed suitability reports and cash-flow models

• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning

• Liaise closely with Financial Planners to craft tailored client strategies

• Ensure all recommendations meet FCA and internal compliance standards

• Maintain accurate client records within the CRM and back-office systems

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA or wealth-management environment

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) essential; progress toward Chartered status desirable

• Strong technical acumen and attention to detail

• Confident communicator who can translate complex concepts into clear client-friendly language

• Well-organised, proactive and comfortable working to deadlines
