The Opportunity:
A prestigious, boutique wealth management and financial planning firm—ranked among FTAdviser’s Top 100— is looking to expand its Private Client team by hiring a talented Paraplanner. You'll be supporting a high-performing Financial Adviser with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, working on complex financial planning cases with direct exposure to clients and technical planning strategies.

About the Role:
As a key member of the advice team, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Adviser with technical casework and client planning

• Conducting detailed product and investment research

• Drafting suitability reports and recommendations

• Running cashflow modelling (using Voyant)

• Building and maintaining financial plans alongside the Adviser

• Staying on top of regulatory, legislative, and technical changes

• Overseeing the work of Administrators to ensure smooth case progression

What You’ll Need:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Paraplanning role

• Experience working with HNW clients and complex advice cases

• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection

• Comfortable using Intelligent Office (IO) and cashflow tools like Voyant (desirable)

• A detail-focused, collaborative approach to supporting advisers
