We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected UK wealth management firm to find a talented Paraplanner to join their London-based Financial Planning team. The Role:

In this client-centric role, you will:

Deliver high-quality written advice and support the annual review process to ensure ongoing excellence in client service.

Work closely with Financial Planning Directors, attending client meetings, preparing notes, and conducting research to shape tailored financial strategies.

Use advanced cashflow modelling to help clients meet their long-term financial goals.

Play a key role in improving internal tools and processes to ensure the continuous delivery of exceptional advice.

Manage your own workload efficiently while collaborating with team members to meet shared income and service objectives.

Requirements:

Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent) - essential

2-3 years of experience in a paraplanning role.

Strong understanding of UK tax legislation including CGT, IHT, and Income Tax.

Technical proficiency in pensions and estate planning.

Familiarity with paraplanning teams and workflow management tools.

A confident communicator with a client-focused mindset and an eye for detail.
