We are recruiting on behalf of a well respected financial planning firm with offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow,.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis - Evaluate clients' income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and long-term goals using robust planning tools.
• Report Preparation - Draft comprehensive reports covering investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
• Client Communication - Liaise with clients to gather relevant information and help articulate their financial aspirations.
• Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all recommendations and plans meet FCA regulatory standards.
• Research & Due Diligence - Analyse financial products and market trends to support tailored client strategies.
• Support Investment Recommendations - Assist planners in creating bespoke investment portfolios aligned with client objectives.
• Documentation - Maintain accurate and compliant client records and files.

Essential:

• Diploma Paraplanner
• Experience with iO, Excel, and financial planning tools
• Excellent communication (verbal & written)
• Strong team player with mentoring or coaching capability
