My client is a wealth planning practice based in Central London who have been operating for 20+ years. I have met the Directors and been to their offices and placed 10 staff into the business. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to 1000+ HNW & UHNW clients.

The Managing Director is seeking to recruit a brand new Paraplanner who is diploma qualified and can support a high billing adviser who deals with younger banking professionals with very high incomes and a minimum of £3m of invested assets. This will be a fast-paced and dynamic role working with a very accomplished adviser who deals with some very interesting clients. Typical duties will include end to end report writing, technical research, aiding advisers in compiling advice, cashflow modelling, fact finds and all prep and follow up follow annual reviews and client meetings. A broad range of experience and knowledge across a variety of financial products will be crucial (Pensions, Investments, tax planning, Retirement Planning, Protections etc.)

The role will be office based to begin with then some hybrid working will be available once you are established in your role. The MD is looking to offer £50k basic salary with an attractive benefits package including Death in service, Private Medical and Life Insurance. There is a very definitive route to being an adviser in 3+ years and you will be learning from an adviser who took the traditional route from admin, to paraplanner and then adviser so can mentor you.
