An exciting opportunity for a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner to join a dynamic, growth-focused financial planning firm based in Solihull.

This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to deepen their technical knowledge and progress their career as a Paraplanner. You’ll work with a broad range of financial products including ISAs, SIPPs, and offshore bonds, using tools such as FEAnalytics and cashflow modelling software. There is also scope to mentor junior team members as you develop.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in cashflow modelling and suitability report writing

• Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment

• Managing and liaising with HNW clients on technical matters

• Preparing cash flow forecasts and retirement income plans

• Conducting in-depth research and producing suitability reports

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

• 3+ years qualified paraplanning experience

• Strong technical knowledge in pensions, investments, and taxation

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
