Parcel Sorter — Cribbs

Pay: £14.78 per hour
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 00:30–09:30
Overtime: May be required depending on when the sort is finished.

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our parcel sorting team in Cribbs. You’ll help keep parcels moving safely and on time in a fast-paced working environment.

The role includes:
- Lifting and moving boxes of different shapes and sizes from a static conveyor belt onto the correct bays. This is a continuous, physically demanding role.
- Working at a high tempo to meet processing deadlines and finish-sort times.
- Carrying out cleaning duties to keep the workplace safe and tidy.
- Helping load bulk vehicles after the sort.
- Supporting your teammates and asking for help when needed.

You’ll need to be a team player, comfortable with physical work, and able to work safely and efficiently under time pressure.
