Panoramic Associates are working with a Midlands based authority is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile transformation of its Parking Services. This 6 month interim role will drive the implementation of key recommendations from a recent strategic review.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a major parking transformation programme
* Manage project plans, risks, and stakeholder engagement
* Oversee governance, reporting, and public communications
* Align workstreams with wider council initiatives
* Ensure compliance with procurement and governance processes
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong project management experience in local government
* Background in parking service leadership
* Skilled in stakeholder coordination and risk management
* Experience with digital parking solutions and public engagement is a plus
