A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a thriving consultancy based in Cornwall.

This role is perfect for someone looking to deepen their practical experience and get involved across all stages of diverse and meaningful projects.

You’ll have the chance to work on everything from beautifully sensitive heritage sites to new-build commercial and bespoke residential designs—all in a supportive and flexible team environment, this is a great opportunity if you are looking to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of projects across RIBA Stages 0–7
Produce concept designs, drawings, and 3D visuals
Support the preparation of planning and building regulation applications
Contribute to technical detailing and specification work
Attend site visits, client meetings, and design reviews
Collaborate closely with senior team members and consultants
Stay informed on materials, construction methods, and regulatory changes

You’ll need:

A Part 2 qualification and hands-on UK practice experience
Confidence working on various project types and RIBA stages
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Revit is preferred, AutoCAD will be considered
