Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA practice in Harrogate.

Due to continued growth year on year, this RIBA practice is looking ahead to 2025 with big plans in place.

As a practice they work all over the UK, designing and delivering on projects. They work within a variety of sectors, and you will never be fixed to just one sector. Instead, you can find yourself working on Commercial, Residential, Logistics and Retail projects.

The practice has some core believes which includes working with BIM and the latest industry technologies whilst making all projects as sustainable as possible. They have a family feel to it with people being the heart of everything they do.

As the Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will be involved in projects from inception through to completion, developing ideas for clients. You will also be producing working drawings, working with contractors, preparing design proposals, planning applications and feasibility studies.

Salary for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant position in Harrogate ranges from £28,000 to £30,000 depending on previous experience and ability.
