I'm working with a forward-thinking architectural practice based near Watford that is currently looking for a talented Part Two Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative, design-led team. Known for delivering technically challenging and sustainable projects, the studio partners with a wide range of repeat clients and is recognised for consistently exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages
* Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, technical drawings, and presentation material
* Collaborating closely with project architects, consultants, and contractors to develop coordinated design solutions
* Gaining exposure to site stages and contributing to project delivery from concept to completion
* Playing an active role in the day-to-day running of the studio and its ongoing development

Requirements:

• RIBA Part Two qualification
• UK practice experience working on complex or large-scale projects (preferably post-Part One)
• A strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policy
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Excellent communication, design, and coordination skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a strong team ethic
• A full, clean UK driving licence is desirable
