Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Konker Group is working with a modern and growing architectural practice in Bath to help them find a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team and support on a wide range of live projects across Wales and the South West.

Based in central Bath, this 8-person practice is known for its modern approach, strong team culture, and growing reputation in both the private and public sectors.

With increasing workloads in MOD and blue light projects, as well as residential, commercial, and education schemes, this is a role offering real variety and long-term opportunity.

Both of the practice’s studios are led by up-and-coming Senior Architects who are passionate about mentoring the next generation. You’ll be joining a supportive environment where your growth is taken seriously with dedicated support for Part 3, and a clear pathway toward long-term development.

To Be Considered: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

• A qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant with previous practice experience.
• Strong design and technical ability, ideally with some exposure to public sector projects (MOD, emergency services, etc.).
• Revit proficiency is essential; you’ll be working on live BIM-coordinated projects from day one.
• A motivated and ambitious individual with an interest in progressing into project leadership over time.
• Someone who values collaboration, learning, and contributing to a close-knit team.

The Role: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

• Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.
• Exposure to varied projects – including MOD, blue light, education, residential, and commercial.
• Revit-based workflow across the practice.
• Full Part 3 support with mentoring from experienced Architects.
