Job Overview

A Part II Architectural Assistant job in Richmond, London, supporting heritage and luxury residential projects, including work on a Grade II* listed building. This permanent opportunity suits a creative architectural professional with UK heritage project experience who can support technical delivery, consultant coordination and project administration while working closely with an established design and architecture team.

Role & Responsibilities

Produce coordinated technical packages across relevant project stages

Support heritage and luxury residential project delivery

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants

Manage project administration accurately and independently

Present design information to relevant project stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

At least 1 year of UK heritage project experience

High-end residential experience is beneficial

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledge of UK building regulations and technical detailing

Strong design, presentation and communication skills

You should be confident managing workloads independently and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. Hand sketching ability is beneficial, and a portfolio must accompany your application.

Salary & Benefits

£33,000 - £40,000 DOE

23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
