Norwich / Hybrid post probation

Salary up to £40,000

Keeler Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this highly established, international Norwich based company who are looking to appoint a Part Qualified Financial Accountant to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting statutory reporting, audit processes, and compliance returns
• Driving automation and smarter ways of working within the finance function
• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver insight and promote best practices
• Providing technical accounting support to the wider business
• Acting as a first point of escalation and advisor for process issues and improvements

What We're Looking For:

• AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA with proven accounting experience
• Strong supervisory or team leadership skills
• Experience working with auditors and delivering against tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems
• Confident communicator with the ability to translate finance into actionable insights for non-financial teams
• Highly organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic about continuous improvement
