Part-Time Accounts Administrator

Location: Bedford
Hours: 2–3 days per week, 5 hours per day

Our client is a friendly, growing business looking for a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join our small, supportive team.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent attention to detail, and is confident managing day-to-day accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing purchase and sales invoices

* Bank reconciliations

* Credit control

* Assisting with supplier payments

* Organising the office

* General accounts administration

* Supporting the team with other administrative tasks as required

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience in an accounts administration role

* Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Good communication skills

* Ability to manage your workload and work independently

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
