Part time Accounts Administrator

Position: Part time Accounts Administrator

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a well established and successful wholesaler who are seeking a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join their team on a part time basis - 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday - 6.30am -1pm.

Duties include:

• Handle all telephone calls in a professional and diligent manner.
• Meet and greet all visitors.
• Insure smooth running of all computer equipment.
• Filing, scanning, printing, photocopying, typing, laminating and document building asrequested.
• Database management and use sage with the highest attention to detail.
• Direct all post and couriers.
• Completing HACCP forms daily.
• Renewing car and van insurance.
• With direction from the wider team, supporting with running errands and projects
• Deal with correspondence and emails quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Accounts payable duties, logging invoices and dealing with supplier discrepancies.
• Raising invoices.
• Chasing a debtor list.
• Using Sageline 50.

Hours:

6.30am - 1pm, 4 days per week, Tuesday - Friday
