** Up to £27k pro rata ** Wednesday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm ** Parking **

Job description:

Handling all warranties and relevant documents
Liaising with customers, dealing with any queries efficiently
Updating the system with all customers confirmed details
Booking survey and installation appointments
Updating customers and colleagues of any changes or issues with timings

Person specification:

Confident, polite with a good phone manner
Enjoy customer interaction
Team player / organised
Administration experience would be an advantage
Well presented and punctual
Computer literate

Additional information:

Based in Surbiton
£25,000 - £27,000 pro rata
Part time hours, Wednesday - Friday ideally
23 days day’s + bank holidays pro rata
Parking onsite
Workplace pension
