Job description:
- Handling all warranties and relevant documents
- Liaising with customers, dealing with any queries efficiently
- Updating the system with all customers confirmed details
- Booking survey and installation appointments
- Updating customers and colleagues of any changes or issues with timings
Person specification:
- Confident, polite with a good phone manner
- Enjoy customer interaction
- Team player / organised
- Administration experience would be an advantage
- Well presented and punctual
- Computer literate
Additional information:
- Based in Surbiton
- £25,000 - £27,000 pro rata
- Part time hours, Wednesday - Friday ideally
- 23 days day’s + bank holidays pro rata
