Part Time Administrator

Role:                 Part Time Administrator 
Location:          Woolston, Warrington (WA1)
Contract:          Temporary Ongoing
Hours:              Monday to Friday (20hrs per week – flexible)
Pay Rate:          £14.00 p/hr

Our client is looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their small friendly team to provide additional administrative support on site.

As the Part Time Administrator your key responsibilities:

General administrative duties
Receiving payments and allocating them on the system
Processing supplier and customer inbound/outbound documentation.
Inputting invoices and remittance advice notes.
Assisting with reconciliation of accounts
As the successful Part Time Administrator, you will have the following skills;

Previous experience working within an Administrative role.
Any basic accounts experience would be advantageous.
Good organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills and experience using office systems.
The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
